Good and useful in general, but It has a long way to become a good code at least from structural point of view. As one may expect, IEBC has a Format similar to IBC. Buy it if you need a source for contract and legal terms. Not very useful if you are looking for something similar to ASCE 41 or FEMA publications.

It's a "must have" for architects wanting to help their clients to safely improve their buildings as inexpensively as legally possible.
